- Hockey Revival Programs: As a tribute to Major Dhyan Chand, the Foundation is committed to reviving and promoting hockey at the school and grassroots levels. - State-Level Development: With the goal of expanding the reach of hockey, the Foundation has spearheaded long-term development plans in states like Himachal Pradesh, focusing on creating excellence academies and identifying lead centers for talent development.
- Orienteering in India: In collaboration with international bodies like the International Orienteering Federation and the Park World Tour (Sweden), DCF has introduced the Olympic-approved sport of orienteering to India, establishing clubs and organizing events to grow interest in this unique sport.
- Annual and Special Events: DCF organizes high-profile events such as National Sports Day celebrations, international championships, and commemorative tournaments like the Major Dhyan Chand Delhi Schools Champions Cup, fostering community engagement and national pride.
